We Need YOU to Deliver the Magic and Warmth

In order to make this event as successful as possible we need many volunteers! 
 

Before the event:

  • Set-up and decorate the event center – 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm – 20 people needed

 

During the event: arrival at 4:00 pm, plan to stay until 9:00 pm

  • Angel Family: perfect for a full family - 15 families needed

  • Kitchen Crew - 8 people needed

  • Photographers - 2 needed

  • Santa & Mrs. Claus 

  • Cookie Stations - 4 people needed

  • Hot Chocolate Station - 4 people needed

  • Floaters/General Helpers - 8 people needed
