Beth Graham
Founder and President
During Christmas 2020, Beth had a desire to nurture the under-served children in the community outside of her four walls, something as simple and special as her family's Christmas Eves were. She kept thinking how much more she had to give, and More to Give was created.
Beth is a Director of Sales for a tax consulting firm that works with Architecture and Engineering companies around the country. Beth is a member of Cross Church Fayetteville, where she and her husband lead a Blended Family small group. Beth enjoys anything outdoors: playing tennis, kayaking, hiking, cheering for the Razorbacks, and spending time with her four boys.
Dan Sanker
Greg Crumpton
Dan Sanker is the President and CEO of CaseStack (now Hub Group’s Retail Supplier Solutions). Under his leadership, CaseStack was nationally recognized by leading publications as one of the best places to work and one of the fastest-growing private companies.
In addition to his leadership with Hub Group, Dan serves as Chairman of the Board for cloud-based software company, SupplyPike, as well as served as a Board Member at the Center for Retailing Excellence at the Sam Walton College of Business at the University of Arkansas.
Prior to CaseStack, Dan has held leadership positions at Procter & Gamble, Nabisco, Deloitte, and KPMG.
Dan received an MBA from the Anderson School at UCLA. He also studied at the University of London, IES in Vienna, and Kansai Gaidai University in Hirakata City, Japan.
Greg Crumpton, P.A. in 2014 and has been practicing in Lonoke county for 15 years. In 2011 Greg was voted Lonoke's "Best Attorney" in the Stephens Media Lonoke County Readers Choice Readership Poll. He was again voted "Best Attorney" in 2013 by the readers of the Cabot Star-Herald, Lonoke Democrat and Carilsle Independent. In 2021, Greg spoke at the Arkansas State Senate Committee hearing on legislation he assisted in drafting regarding the legal standards of child custody determination and re-determinations. The proposed legislation passed and became official Arkansas law in the summer of 2021. Additionally, Greg was nominated and appointed by Per Curiam to the Committee on Professional Conduct for a 6 year term in January of 2021.
Greg has extensive experience in representing clients in challenging and complex litigation. His diverse practice includes representation in family law matters, civil and criminal litigation, estate planning and personal injury. Greg has argued precedent setting cases at the appellate level, including Singletary v. Singletary in 2013. Clients describe Greg as a tough and thorough advocate but aware and considerate of the delicate nature of their case and how it will affect their lives.
Dawn's involvement with non-profit Joy To The Children began back in 1995 when she was working as a Children's Case Manager with Nassau County Mental Health (now known as Starting Point).
Joy To The Children helps families in need every year over the holidays by supplying warm meals, gifts, fun events, and a safe, loving environment to commemorate the Christmas holiday.
Dawn is proud to now be the president of Joy To The Children, and looks forward every year to meeting the families the organization helps.
Jessica Dunphy
Vice President and Treasurer
Jessica is a special education teacher for Fayetteville Public Schools. She graduated from the University of Central Arkansas where she earned multiple degrees specializing in education.
With her young daughter, Jessica boldly relocated to Fayetteville from Cabot in 2014 to develop a sense of autonomy as a single parent. After investing herself and daughter into the schools and community, she has discovered that Northwest Arkansas, along with its occupants, have so much to offer.
Jessica has joined More to Give because she has an experienced understanding of the challenges faced during transitions of life as well as working closely with families without the means to provide. She supports More to Give NWA’s mission to eliminate the hardships families juggle during the holidays to leave a lasting impression and memory in a child’s life.
Cari Finley
Secretary
Carri has been a teacher in Northwest Arkansas for over 19 years and is currently a Library Media Specialist at Owl Creek. She holds a bachelor's degree and a Masters in Education from the University of Arkansas and an Ed.S. degree in Educational Leadership from University of Central Arkansas. Carri loves working with kids, both as a teacher and a Girl Scout leader. When she reflects on her holidays as a child, it is the memories and traditions that really stand out as important, making her passionate about More to Give’s mission.
Carri is a book lover who enjoys spending time outdoors hiking and camping with her husband and two children. She wants to continue to find ways to strengthen her community through helping families in need create memories and build relationships.
